Great Day! Spent most of the morning with Nevada Title Company's Marketing Director learn there were many ways to promote my business for free. Come home learning that my application for my SFR was approved. That's cool. Sent out a search to a buyer we are getting closer! I love helping people! Worked on my Domain name with Go Daddy. The social media class I took at GLVAR really help me understand about marketing on the web. Work on my short sale just waiting on the investors decisions. I need to check at the front desk to see I can meet my broker to discuss my business plan.

How much does it take to build a business
I can't believe it! I am finally on my way to creating my own business. What a great feeling! The best part is each day is different. New people, new place's and best of all NO BOSS. Just me, myself and I. Time to get to work!

It takes a lot of work to start a business but real estate is the best. You meet new people each day and it is never the same. The best part is it lets you get to know people. Your with them for about two months and some times longer. The best part is when you hand them the keys to their new home.
