Las Vegas housing market Median Price for a home is back up. The Median Price for this last month is $195,000, the month before that was $192,000 and the month before that was $195,000. "It is becoming a very stable market" 6,641 Single Family available, Short Sales 831, 12.5 %, foreclosures 362 available 5.5% and Tradition Sales 5,448 82%.

In the Las Vegas Business Press on Page 14, it states that "Local home prices continue their two-year winning streak in March. The Median price of an existing single-family home in the Las Vegas Valley jumped to $195,000 in March, up 21.1 percent from $161,000 in March 2013, according to a recent report from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors."
